The RF manager oversees a staff responsible for the air interface across multiple technologies, including GSM and UMTS. This individual will be responsible for the RAN performance and optimization of these networks. Preferable to have experience in UMTS, Ericsson RAN, cell site design and optimization configurations, traffic planning, transport, and data communications (EDGE, HSUPA, HSDPA). Familiarity with E911 and MPE compliance, and in development and management of expense and capital budgets. The manager will also be responsible for establishing team goals and managing to performance objectives.

The RF Manager possesses strong leadership skills and communicates a sense of energy, ownership, and a personal commitment to AT&T Mobilitys vision. This person will be self motivated, resourceful, and have solid verbal and written communication skills
